How to make Russian pasta salad

Cook the pasta following the manufacturer's instructions, for the time indicated so that it is ready. On this occasion we do not want to have al dente, but a little more made so that it is then easy to eat. Once cooked, drain it well and cool it with cold water so that it does not pass cooking.

In a saucepan we cook the peas and the chopped carrots, until they are very tender. We also cook an egg and prawns, if you have bought them fresh. With everything prepared, we prepare to mix it in a bowl to get a dish that looks similar to traditional Russian salad.

Put the pasta, carrots and peas and add two or three tablespoons of mayonnaise, stirring until all ingredients are well integrated. If necessary we are adding more mayonnaise sauce. Remember that in summer it is preferable to use purchased mayonnaise to avoid the risk of poisoning by salmonella.

We add the tuna to the natural well drained and the cooked prawns and we assemble the dish with the help of a mold or plating ring so that our "salad"We look very nice and be attractive to all members of the house. Children can help us both by mixing the ingredients in the bowl and putting them inside the hoop. We end up decorating with the yolk of the hard-boiled egg and removing the mold to take table.
