A boy starred in the most exciting moment of the European Championship by cheering on a rival amateur who cried

The children are wonderful. I always say it and I doubt that I never think otherwise. The pity is that they come to a world that thinks less and less about them, that goes faster and faster, that is increasingly less empathetic, and that devours them, shapes and spits so that in a few years they are adapted to a society of misfits.

But not everyone, because there are still good children, as there are still good people. The most recent example is that of this child who starred yesterday the most exciting moment of the European Championship; much more than any goal or any celebration. He met a desolate French fan, crying, and came over to cheer him up.

Your sadness is my joy

For France, winning the European Championship in their own country was a dream. If it is difficult to reach the final, imagine that it is the year in which your country organizes it. Something like this would be thinking this amateur, lamenting the opportunity they had.

Still, thinking about it, let go of some tears. And some fan, probably some friend, wanted to approach to give support. However, nothing they could tell him was going to change his mind.

And at that moment, when the most logical thing would have been for another Frenchman to give him comfort, a boy in Portugal's shirt approached him to give him encouragement:

It is impossible to know what he said, but deep down he is indifferent. They were probably words of support, style "France has played very well", "next time you win" or similar. The fact is that the young man knew how to value the gesture and ended up hugging the boy.

And he must have realized at that moment that his sadness was, at the same time, the joy of that child; and of the thousands of Portuguese soccer fans who would be celebrating that moment. And in the middle of that joy, when this child could be jumping cheering on his team, shouting from Portugal, he turned out to be mature and empathetic enough to star in this video, this gesture, which today is going around the world.

Little bravo!
