Four film women join forces in the fight against cancer in the short film Pelucas

Director José Manuel Serrano Cueto nominated for Goya 2013 for the documentary Contra el tiempo, is working on Wigs, a short film about cancer that will feature four film women: actresses Lola Marceli and Cuca Escribano, make-up artist Sylvie Imbert and figurine Yvonne Blake.

Wigs, has as its main theme, cancer and film work has the challenge of treat the disease with special sensitivity and respect. Pelucas is produced by Creta Producciones and the leading actresses are Lola Marceli, which we can see in the Bandolera series among other works, and Cuca Escribano, which we have seen, among other works, in The Secret of Old Bridge. Makeup artist Sylvie Imbert is the winner of the Goya 2013 by Snow White and Yvonne Blake is one of the greatest world figurines who has won the Oscar, four Goyas and is a National Cinematography Award.

Wigs is a short film that will have beneficial character through various activities. More people are expected to work as composer Dolores Serrano Cueto or flamenco composer Jesús Serrano Tirado. There will also be the cartoonist Antonio Romero Olmedo performing the Story board. Wigs is in financing process, looking for sponsors who want to join the project.
