Heat in the classrooms

When I was a child, school, in June and September, was only in the morning and not only in public schools. And it is that from noon the heat in the classrooms It was unbearable. It is not only that we were exhausted of the whole course, but that, with those temperatures in the classrooms, it was impossible to feel moderately good. As of 12 he was already uncomfortable, as if to spend the afternoon, after lunch, at school too.

Today it is a much less frequent practice and many children have to stay in school in the afternoon, even if their school has this reduction of schedule in summer.

Surely, for parents who work and do not have supports, the fact that the children left before would be a serious problem for the family organization and, in the end, they would have to leave them the same at school in extracurricular activities. However the be in classrooms at 30 degrees or more, it is completely counterproductive for learning and even for the health of children. What solution could be given?

I think that solutions should be sought, if it is not possible for parents to reduce their days, unless means are enabled in schools to adequately combat high temperatures in classrooms.

Recently, a teacher told me that, when she returned from the dining room, in her classroom, she measured 34 degrees, although she had left the blinds down so that the sun did not come full and had tried to make some current, but that it had been useless. She, who is pregnant, was dizzy and the children were lethargic and nervous others. Come on, you could not teach and not take them out to the patio was a solution, and I owe that thanks because we are not having a particularly hot June.

The truth is that I can't think of a viable solution in this social organization in which parents are tied to long hours that prevent them from being with their children longer, but that children have to be in school, in the classroom with the heat, although it is not teaching, in the afternoon, it seems a shame for them. How are your children's schools and your families organized?
