Dads and moms blogs (LXIII)

Today, as every week, we bring you a review with some outstanding content that we have been able to read this week in moms and dads blogs, in a virtual tour of other looks and experiences with babies and children, of those who have children or wish to have them.

These days The alternative blog We discover an interesting book where to celebrate Mother's Day and the love of art: "40 great artists portray their mothers." The book combines art history, biographical anecdotes and psychology to show the relationships between painters and painters and their mothers. Picasso, Rembrandt, Rossetti, Van Gogh or Frida Kahlo are some of those 40 artists who portrayed their parents.

Loulou and Co. It's Leyre's blog, a first-time mom with no hairs on the tongue that shares her experiences. She has recently returned to work and a babysitter takes care of her little one: we know her a little more in Dadá is not a mother.

In Mother's blog Eva Quevedo tells us "little comics about the hectic craft of motherhood and its surroundings", in a very casual way and with a touch of humor. In The scratched disc we will find some techniques to survive the repetitions of the kids when they want something and do not attend to reasons: basically, we scratch ourselves too.

Manuel's Mom surprises us with another of her Little things, the relationship of his little one with his beloved "muada", the pillow that he hugs to sleep, like many other children to a doll, a cloth, a blanket ... A love that makes these small objects are little regulars of the washing machineā€¦

In Bits of meMagda, mother of three children, is leaving us that, bits of her life, small reflections on her daily experiences in a space to share the love she feels for her family. I have found interesting the reminder of the last Earth Day and 50 things to keep in mind to take care of our Planet.

José María Lloreda is a pediatrician and in his blog he writes about Pediatrics and everything related to childhood. In My kingdom for a horse It refers us to a topic that is sadly topical for the latest events in Japan: the effects of radiation on nuclear disasters.

Albert Bau is also a pediatrician, and has created a gastronomy blog for children, Kitchen for imperfect parents. In it he leaves his recipes specially designed (and executed to check their qualities) to maintain the optimal balance between nutrients. Lately he has left us a rice with asparagus and tofu, and explains the raison d'être of his blog:

The correct food balance leads to a healthy state that protects the individual from external aggression, making it more resistant to the environment. This is the reason for ensuring a balanced and happy diet for all children.

This has been ours this week's tour of dad and moms blogs. We hope to continue diving in this interesting ocean of experiences and different perspectives to motherhood and fatherhood, to pregnancy and childhood, to share and learn with all of you.
