Diet and methods to choose the sex of the baby: having a girl

A few days ago we talked about the Baretta Method to select, in a natural way, the sex of babies.

After explaining what it is based on, we will explain what advice and recommendations it is necessary to follow, according to the author, to get the next child to be a girl.

In order for the baby to be a girl, the sperm that must fertilize the ovum is the one that carries the X chromosomal load, to join with the ovum that is always X, and result in the XX chromosomal couple of the female sex.

Moment of conception

We already said the other day that sperm with X load are more patient, slower and survive for more days by being more resistant even in adverse conditions.

Sexual intercourse should be maintained up to 48 hours before ovulation, at which time they should be interrupted. In this way, the sperm X will remain “waiting” for the ovule while the Y, which die faster, will disappear.

To know the time of ovulation you can use different methods that we have already explained in Babies and more, so I will not extend.

These are the syothermal methods, in which the woman's temperature is controlled on a daily basis until a peak temperature is observed that is equivalent to the day of ovulation (and do it two or three months before the girl's search to know the cycles and anticipate ovulation), and Billings, in which cervical mucus is assessed, which is variable according to the time of the cycle.

It can also be assessed by ovulation tests. The recommendation is use at least two methods at once to ensure as much as possible the day of ovulation.

Diet

We also commented that the sperm with charge X is more resistant in acidic media. To favor that the medium in which sperm and ovum are found, the woman must control her diet for at least three months before conception.

There are women who, because of the type of food they have (rich in Calcium and Magnesium), favor the fertilization of baby girls and others instead favor their children being children (with a diet rich in Sodium and Potassium).

Other women have a fairly neutral type of diet that does not favor one another and that have similar probabilities of having sons or daughters.

Therefore to favor that the sex of the future baby is a girl the woman will have to eat foods rich in calcium and magnesium:

  • Milk or yogurt and soft cheeses without salt.
  • Hazelnuts or almonds.
  • Leaf vegetable (frequently).
  • Cabbage, cabbage, carrot, onion.
  • Eggs (two or three a week).
  • Cooked Tomato

And avoid consuming (or eating too little) the rich in Sodium and Potassium:

  • Fresh fruit (citrus only and not daily).
  • Fresh tomatoes, eggplants, potatoes, peppers.
  • Vegetables.
  • Salt at meals.
  • Olives
  • Bread.
  • Meat and fish (maximum 130 g per day of one or the other).
  • Packaging, cans and industrial soups.
  • Non-homemade meals
  • Drinks with gas or alcohol.
  • Coffee and tea.

In the book Boy or girl? You can now choose From the author you can obtain more information in this regard that can help to carry out the Baretta Method with more chances of success.

If you do it, keep in mind that there is only one chance and that the method is not 100% reliable, that is, it is possible that your next child is male despite following these indications (although the author speaks of a reliability close to 98%, if everything is done according to the guidelines mentioned ).

In the next few days we will see the advice on food and the time of conception to have children.
