In addition, a new right for children, upon reaching the age of majority, at age 18, will have the right to know their biological origin, information that the International Adoption Collaborating Entities (Ecais) will have.
The Ecais will enjoy other functions in order to protect minors, provide information, advice, file procedures, entity records and other efforts to ensure compliance with the Law avoiding situations such as those in Chad or Ethiopia.
