He doesn't want to drink milk

Milk is very important for the development of the baby. But there may be stages when he refuses to drink his bottle. Don't worry, there are others foods that can replace the daily dose of calcium so necessary for its growth until he accepts it again.

If the baby rejects the milk, it is useless to insist. It is better to adapt to your rejection and somehow replace milk with other calcium-rich foods.

Cheese, yogurt and eggs are the main sources of calcium, along with milk, of course. Almonds, beans and soybeans also contain it as well as meat and fish, although in smaller quantities.

Offer at least one yogurt a day, for example at breakfast and at snack time. You can also give soft cheeses very rich in calcium, they love them and you can give them to eat with your hand, as a snack. Nowadays fruit juices with added calcium are available in the market. Kale and broccoli are calcium-rich vegetables, so with a little imagination you can include them in the child's diet.

There are also special scones or chocolates for children rich in calcium. Without abusing, they can be a tasty option.

You can try to include these foods until the baby accepts the milk again. If you keep rejecting it, check with your doctor to find out what you should do.
